Flexographic Printing
Flexography is a roll-fed web printing process. Flexographic printing is commonly used to print high volumes of labels and packaging using water base or UV/LED inks.
-
Digital Hybrid Printing
A cost-effective method for printing custom labels with photographic-quality graphics, crisp text, and vibrant colors. it's best suited for smaller orders 50,000 labels or less, digital printing is less labor-intensive and produces less setup waste than flexographic printing.
-
Double Sided Printing
Double-sided stickers AKA 'both sides printed’. Once applied to a surface, typically a clear bottle or glass jar, the printed design is visible from both the inside and the outside.
-
Customer Press Checks
A press check is an on-site, last-chance proofing step for the main purpose of achieving color accuracy. The press is literally set up and ready to run with your project but, before it does, the press operator brings out a proof on the actual paper right off the press as the finished product for final approval.
-
Graphic Design
Our Graphic designers create visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for your label and packaging applications.
-
Custom Die Cutting
Die cutting is the process by which custom labels get their shape. Whether you want your products' labels to have a simple rectangular or oval shape, or to have a more exciting form, they are cut into shape by a metal "die" during production.
-
Coating & Laminating
Coating is the process of applying a transparent layer of UV/LED varnish over a printed area. It can be applied to the entire surface or to highlight a specific area of design AKA Spot varnish. Laminated labels are produced by bonding a laminate (clear or matte plastic film) to the label face stock using an adhesive.
-
Cold Foil Printing
Cold foil printing is a new metallic decorative printing technique whereby adhesive is applied to the base paper with a printing plate and the foil is then transferred onto the adhesive.
-
Embossing
Embossed labels are a type of pressure-sensitive label that have had custom dies placed, using high pressure, onto part or all of a label material. Rather than using expensive steel tooling, we use rubber plates with a laser engraved (male/female) image to create the embossing effect.
